Introductions
Solid simulator game that didn't take too long. Short and sweet is always nice.
Journey
I had some help this time, running the fast food restaurant with a two man team and 3 workers that were paid 2.50 an hour. They had 12 hour shifts so they can't complain they aren't getting hours. They were excellent workers. My partner in crime was not however, I don't know how the restaurant was successful and how I didn't lose my mind. I was making sandwiches and grilling burgers while he worked on putting the orders together while managing the fryers. The setup worked up really well. Until he locked me in the freezer. Countless times. So many times I don't want to talk about this game anymore.
Rating
It's just a simple simulator game, nothing too special about it. It gets a 4.4/10 for me.
Introductions
Hello! It's been awhile. I decide to change my news to being released whenever I master a game. It is much more managable and interesting rather than trying to come up of something to write about weekly.
Journey
The first notable achievements were racing boos across the levels and they gave me a lot of points for the difficulty, but of course speedrunning is a forte of mine so I am not surpised how easily it came to me. The next set were challenges in the game, finding red coins, finding the well hidden yoshi eggs, and a score threshold to reach as well for all 32 levels. I'm not ashamed to say I looked these up otherwise it would've taken me much, much longer to achieve. The last two that were incredible difficult were defeating Bowser with fireballs on every world which was fine until world 8 where I had to go through 7-3 to 8-4 unscathed. The last one was beating the lost levels without a game over. Luckily there was an infinite 1-up hack to get me to the system limit of 127 lives. My first attempt I failed miserably at 8-3, but on the second attempt I was cruising with having 120 lives left going into 5-3. I believed I finished the run with around 50 lives left which was pretty nice. It took awhile but well worth it. Onto the rating!
Rating
This game gets a solid 5/10. The challenges are really cool but the camera for the GameBoy Color is unbearable at times.
